This seminar was exciting to me. Listening to the ELL, students created a core for my joy thought out the day. We started with the two words from the other language, which brought a movement of realizing how learning is happening in our students’ minds. Quieting the mind was an excellent addition to what we need as teachers to keep the energy within our daily professional life. I missed my mentor teacher and realized how important her role in our group. We tried to communicate and managed to get our thoughts together to agree at the end. I hope we can move more into the room and do different activities with everyone, not just our group; in the end, we will learn from everybody’s experience. The third culture was my personal favorite because I’m living in a third culture, my self. Every day I have to choose between my two cultures, and in the end, I find myself created a third one without knowing what I did.
